Unfortunately I don't have a playlist thingy, but if I did, I'd definitely have I'm so excited, and Maniac! I love 80's songs! And you'd have to have Proud Mary, come on let me see you shake your tail feathers!!!!!!

I don't workout to music either. I'm sure it would make the time go by faster but since iPods aren't allowed in triathlon I don't train with them. I find that my mental endurance and strength is tested along with my physical strength and endurance which really helps me prepare for my races. But I'd have to say running to Eye of the Tiger would be pretty awesome!

My FAVORITE thing about working out? MUSIC!!! I love making playlists on my ITUNES for my IPOD. I have discovered an absolute must have for runnning. It's Shake It by Metro Station. If you have never heard it then head over to my healthy blog and listen to it. It is PERFECT for running on the treadmill. I LOVE IT!
Other songs on my GYM RAT mix is:
Just Dance by Lady GAGA
clean version of Girlfriend by Avril Lavigne
Hot n Cold by Katy Perry
Paralyzer by Finger Eleven
Gives you Hell by The All American Rejects

I don't know that I have particular song that I have to have, but definitely a few artists stick out. 80's stuff that gets me going: Madonna (EVERYTHING from the Immaculate Collection album), Janet Jackson (my two favorite albums are Design of a Decade and Janet. The song "If" really gets me moving). Whitney (Dance With Somebody, and How Will I Know to name a few).

90's stuff includes Mariah Carey, Mariah Carey, and more Mariah Carey. Again, more Janet and Michael Jackson. "Scream" is a lot of fun to move to.

My FAVORITES now are ANYTHING and EVERYTHING by Gwen Stefani, Christina Aguilera, and Nelly Furtado. Those ladies just speak to me, and have such great funky beats. I hope you are inspired!
