End of Week 4
Gained 2 pounds...not excited...not too motivated...HELP!
It was the scalloped potatoes, I just know it! :) This is the hardest point- Like when you're running and it really starts to hurt/burn, but you keep going and then you hit your stride and you feel like you could run forever... Remember the success you had in the beginning and how good it makes you feel! (I really should be telling myself this since I just talked myself out of a workout and ate a handful of chocolate chips because there's nothing better in the house). Call me next time you get discouraged- we can go for a run at Lake Murray, or I'll do P90X with you- that will really make you feel good about yourself!

Don't get discouraged, Megan. Just take it one day at a time. I know you can do it!!
